The Community Food Warehouse of Mercer County is hosting a donation drive this weekend ahead of the holiday season.

A Stuff the Bus event will take place in the parking lot of Giant Eagle in Hermitage on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

They are looking for donations of non-perishable food items like canned fruits and vegetables, peanut butter, canned proteins and other items.

Each month, the Community Food Warehouse of Mercer County serves more than 5,000 people each month and more than 1,000 weekly.
