A canning company in Salem, Canning Creations, has issued a voluntary recall of all of its soups, dips, mustards, and pickled products due to the possibility that some of the product may be adulterated.

According to a Canning Creations press release through the Ohio Department of Health, the products are considered adulterated because they were not inspected and various safety parameters on the products were unable to be verified before the product left their canning facilities.

Affected products were sold at various events and directly from 1329 Ridgewood Drive in Salem, OH between May 19th, 2021 and September 14th, 2023. Products were also available for sale in that time window at JG South Town Market in Medina, Ohio and Firestone Farmers Market in Akron, Ohio.

No cases of injury or illness have been reported to Canning Creations, but anyone facing signs of foodborne illness should immediately contact a physician. 

Anyone with affected products can return them to 1329 Ridgewood Drive in Salem, OH for a refund or replacement.
