Crash brings down wires, shuts down WB MLK Boulevard in Youngstown
Youngstown Police officers are investigating a crash that sheared a utility pole and brought down power lines along Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard early Wednesday.

YOUNGSTOWN - Youngstown Police officers are investigating a crash that sheared a utility pole and brought down power lines along Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard early Wednesday.
Dispatchers were told that it happened at around 5:15 a.m. just west of Gypsy Lane.
When first responders arrived, they found the heavily damaged car on its roof and a light pole down across the westbound lanes of the road.
The driver has been taken to Mercy Hospital in Youngstown. 21 News is working to learn the victim's condition.
An Ohio Edison crew has been dispatched to repair the fallen power lines.
