Online shopping lovers rejoice -- Amazon Prime Day is here.

Wednesday, October 10 kicks off the shipping giant's two-day sale. Customers with a Prime membership can score hefty discounts on anything from bedding and mattresses to smart home doorbells and pet products.

Amazon Prime Day is only for the company's Prime members. If you do not have a membership, you cannot register for one through the app during the sale period. Instead, you must register through the company's main website.

Of course, Amazon will be featuring its own tech gadgets throughout the sale. Those include its Echo home device, Kindle Fire and Fire TV sticks. But shoppers can encounter a hodge-podge of discounted items.

Some odd sales you can stumble across include: up to 45% off Crocs and 34% off a BinaxNow Covid-19 Antigen self-test. Or you can score 30% off this game where you chuck these eerily adorable burritos at your friends and family.

The 48-hour sale ends Wednesday night.
