The Hempfield Township Police Department say they found this one on the 500 block of Conneaut Lake Rd. in Greenville, PA.
If it's yours, rest assured your feathered friend is in good hands- all you need to do is call 724-662-6110 and ask for the Hempfield Police Department, who will reconnect you with your lost bird.
