YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The Mahoning County Coroner has released the identity of a man killed after being struck by a car in Youngstown Sunday morning

According to a press release from the Mahoning County Coroner's Office, 30-year-old Nathaniel Watson was killed after being struck by a car on South Schenley Avenue just after 5:30 a.m. Sunday.

According to Youngstown Police, the crash was the result of a fight between Watson and a suspect identified as 32-year-old Shanay Jacobs. Jacobs was originally charged with voluntary manslaughter, but that charge has since been amended to murder.

Jacobs is currently in the Mahoning County Jail with a $750,000 bond. She's due back in court on October 23 for a preliminary hearing.

An autopsy was conducted and the incident remains under investigation by YPD and the coroner's office.
