The Florida man whose truck ran over the Columbiana traffic circle and into offices on South Main Street has been sentenced.

Christopher Reynolds, 36, of Baker, Florida was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to pay $2,000 in fines and court costs after being found guilty of OVI, failing to maintain control of his vehicle, and other prohibited acts. He must also perform 50 hours of community service.

The charges stem from an accident on August 17th where a truck crashed over stone blocks on the traffic circle before going airborne, destroying a law office on South Main Street, and damaging another office next door.

Reynolds was not seriously injured.
