Youngstown Mayor Jamael "Tito" Brown will be giving his State of the City Address to residents and businesses in the city on Thursday, November 16.

This will be Mayor Brown's first full address since 2019 and will cover a variety of topics including safety, economic development, workforce development, infrastructure and housing, mental health and ARPA spending.

The address will take place November 16 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the DeYor Performing Arts Center on West Federal Street in downtown Youngstown. The event is free and open to the public and light refreshments will be provided.
