YSU men's hoops win big over Ohio Christian in home opener

The Youngstown State men's basketball team picked up their first win of the season, 99-71, over Ohio Christian in their home opener at Beeghly Center.
Brandon Rush led the Penguins with 32 points including 10 three-pointers.
DJ Burns chimed in with 17 points and 11 rebounds.
Youngstown State shot 55.2% overall from the field, and it went 14-for-33 from 3-point range and 11-of-14 from the free-throw line.
The Penguins will continue their three-game homestand by hosting Utah Tech Friday at 6:30 p.m.
