Coroner identifies teen killed in accidental Youngstown shooting

The Mahoning County Coroner's Office has released the identity of the 14-year-old boy who was accidentally shot in Youngstown on Saturday.
The Coroner's Office identified the boy as 14-year-old Logan Taylor, who was accidentally shot in a home on Lucius Avenue on Saturday, November 11 and pronounced dead in the hospital the following Monday.
This is the second case in less than a month involving a child in Youngstown accidentally being shot to death. Back in late October, seven-year-old Devontae Housley Jr. also died of a gunshot wound, which was revealed to have been accidental.
An autopsy will be conducted and the incident remains under investigation by Youngstown Police and the Coroner's Office.
