A Hubbard man is charged with failing to comply with Megan's Law.

Megan's Law is a federal law that applies to maintaining a sex offender registry.

According to the report, Scott Knapp, 43, was found to not be living at the address he provided when updating his sexual offender registration information.

The report lists Knapp as living on Franklin Road in Mercer County's Jackson Township, but he was actually living in Ohio.

Charges were filed on November 24 and Knapp was arrested on November 30.

He was arraigned and has a preliminary hearing set for December 13.

Knapp is currently being held in the Mercer County Jail.
