The suspect in the murder of a registered nurse and mother of four in Warren has been released from the Pinellas County jail and has waived his extradition hearing.

Pinellas County court records show that 19-year-old Noel Flores had waived his extradition hearing on December 8. Currently Trumbull County court records do not show any dates scheduled for Flores back home.

Flores is accused of the murder of 26-year-old Ashantae Kirksey back in November, as well as shooting and wounding another unidentified victim. Flores allegedly committed this crime while on probation after serving jail time for an aggravated menacing incident in Niles.

Nearly one month after the murder, Flores was found and captured in Saint Petersberg Florida with a handgun that police say is of the same caliber as the weapon used in the crime.

21 News is working to learn when Flores will make his first court appearance in Trumbull County and when he will arrive back to be booked in jail. Stay connected for the latest updates.
