Grand Jury indicts man accused of murdering Warren mother of four

WARREN, Ohio - A Trumbull County Grand Jury has opted to indict a man who is accused of murdering a nurse and mother of four from Warren.
The indictment against 19-year-old Noel Flores was handed down Tuesday. The charges against Flores include murder with firearm specification and improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation with firearm specification.
Flores is the suspect in the November murder of 26-year-old Ashantae Kirksey at her Francis Avenue home. Police say Flores committed the crime while on probation, after serving jail time for an aggravated menacing incident in Niles. He had been released from jail just one week prior to Kirksey's murder.
One month after the murder, Flores was arrested in St. Petersburg, Florida. Police say he was captured with a handgun that is the same caliber as the weapon used to kill Kirksey.
A court date for Flores has not been scheduled yet.
