Sentencing delayed for Weathersfield man convicted in child pornography case

WARREN, Ohio - A 72-year-old Weathersfield man who prosecutors say downloaded pornographic images of infants and toddlers is scheduled to be sentenced in two weeks.
Harold Bennett had been scheduled to appear before Common Pleas Judge Andrew Logan on Tuesday. However, court officials say the sentencing date has been pushed back.
Last month Bennett pleaded guilty to seven counts of pandering sexually oriented materials involving minors.
Bennett was indicted in August on 10 second-degree felony counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and four fourth-degree felony counts of the same charge.
Bennett, who was arrested in June as part of a child pornography investigation, will be sentenced later.
