JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Mahoning County, Ohio - Traffic was slowed along the eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 Tuesday morning after a two-vehicle accident over the Meander Reservoir.

The occupant of a Chevy Impala was trapped when the car flipped on its roof just beyond the on-ramp from the Ohio Turnpike.

At least one person was taken to a hospital. 21 News is working to learn the severity of injuries.

As of 9 a.m., the Ohio Department of Transportation was advising drivers to expect lane closures on I-80 East beyond Ramp I-76 East to I-80 East.

State troopers are investigating.
