Parts of Western Reserve Road to close beginning February 20 as part of road widening project
The project is now in its second phase, which will involve work from Glenwood Avenue to Market Street.
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Portions of Western Reserve Road will be closed beginning February 20 as part of an ongoing road widening project.
Western Reserve Road will be closed east of Glenwood Avenue in order to complete a water line crossing installation as part of the Western Reserve Widening Project.
The project is now in its second phase, which will involve work from Glenwood Avenue to Market Street. There are a total of five phases to the project. The rest of the phases are as follows:
- Phase Three: Market Street to Southern Boulevard
- Phase Four: Southern Boulevard to South Avenue
- Phase Five: South Avenue to North Lima Road
