Youngstown Jewish Family & Community Services awarded $45,000 for adults 60 and over
Youngstown Jewish Family and Community Services (JFCS) was awarded $45,000 from Direction Home of Eastern Ohio to benefit adults age 60 and older in the Valley.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Youngstown Jewish Family and Community Services (JFCS) was awarded $45,000 from Direction Home of Eastern Ohio to benefit adults age 60 and older in the Valley.
According to a press release, the funds will be used for aging well programs, emergency food services, the creation of a kinship support group for grandparents caring for their grandchildren and financial assistance through JFCS' Helping Hands fund.
JFCS, in collaboration with the Jewish Community Center of Youngstown offers a wide variety of aging well programs including Caregiver Cafe, Tech Tuesdays, Grief Group and Lunch Bunch.
