Aqua is working to eliminate lead services lines across all of their service areas.  Ohio has prohibited lead service lines in plumbing since 1988.

The company is aiding identification of service lines by mailing letters with material identification instructions to properties with unknown service lines.

Customers can report their service line material by either phone, online or through mail.

Once all unknown service lines have been identified, Aqua will begin a program to replace the lines.
