Former Youngstown State product & Indianapolis Colts tight end Andrew Ogletree has had domestic violence charges filed against him dismissed.

Prosecutors filed a motion Tuesday to dismiss the two felony charges related to the incident and according to various reports those charged were dismissed with prejudice.

Ogletree was arrested December 29, 2023 and missed the Colts final two of the season after being placed on the commissioner's exempt list.

Ogletree's agent Brian Hamilton released a statement: 

 

 

Ogletree could still be punished by the NFL as domestic violence is a category in the league' s personal conduct policy.
