The Mahoning County Engineer's Office announced a road closure for parts of Western Reserve Road next week. 

From Tuesday, March 12 to Wednesday, March 13, Western Reserve Road will be closed just east of Glenwood Ave to complete a necessary waterline crossing installation. This installation is a part of the Western Reserve Widening Project Part 1. 

The recommended detour route is Glenwood Ave North to US 224 East to Market Street South to Western Reserve Road. 

This closure will affect about 13,000 vehicles that drive the road daily.
