Travelers going to the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport may need to find a new route as Pro-Palestine protests in the area.

According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, all lanes are blocked on the I-480 West ramp to SR-237 South. Additionally, all lanes are blocked on the I-71 ramp to SR-237 South. 

In a news release given to Cleveland-affiliate WKYC, the Cleveland Police Department say there is a caravan of protesters on I-480 near the airport. 

"We are actively working to resolve the situation in coordination with law enforcement partners to ensure the safety of all involved," the statement reads. "We encourage commuters to use alternative routes to ease traffic congestion. Further updates will be provided as needed," said a spokesperson for the Cleveland police."
