The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force has arrested a fugitive wanted for a murder in East Liverpool.

Twenty-four-year-old Allen Tisdale was arrested in connection with the July 15, 2021, shooting death of 20-year-old Brycen Douglas, ending a more than a year-long manhunt.

Authorities say they arrested him in Campbell.

He was wanted by the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshals Service for aggravated murder and various weapon offenses.

Douglas was killed in front of a home on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Tisdale is described as a black male, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 142 pounds. Tisdale is known to frequent the Cleveland and Youngstown areas, according to authorities.

Allen is one of two suspects in the shooting death of Douglas. 32-year-old Elvin Tisdale is also facing charges in connection with the death including aggravated murder, murder and weapons offenses.
