A Mercer County teenager has been arrested after allegedly choking his mother.

According to the report from Pennsylvania State Police, the incident happened Monday around 9:16 p.m. at a home in the 400 block of Hartwick Road in Findley Township.

Police say they were called to the home for a domestic dispute and determined that the 14-year-old male had put his hands around his mother's neck to the point where she couldn't breathe.

Mercer County Juvenile Probation was contacted and the teenager was placed in Keystone Juvenile Placement.
