Youngstown Police investigating morning shooting on city's south side

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Officers with the Youngstown Police Department are investigating a Wednesday morning shooting on the city's south side.
At this time, info is very limited, but police tell 21 News that officers are investigating multiple areas including a Shell gas station on Market Street, as well as the intersection of Hudson and Ravenwood.
Youngstown Police Captain Jason Simon tells 21 News the shooting occurred on Hudson Avenue, but the female victim made her way over to the gas station where she called police.
According to a police report, the victim suffered one gunshot wound to her right shoulder with no exit wound. Simon tells us she is currently in stable condition.
21 News crews on scene observed an SUV with a bullet hole in the windshield. No one is in the SUV at this time.
