SHARON, Pa. - This weekend will be the last for Rite Aid on S Water Avenue in Sharon.

The location is set to close on March 17.

Following Rite Aid's bankruptcy filing, the initial wave of 154 closings included the locations on Market Street and East Indianola Avenue in Youngstown and the New Castle store on Wilmington Road.

In November 2023, the Mahoning and Schenley Avenue location on Youngstown's west side and the East Liverpool store on Bradshaw Avenue were added to the list of closures.

The Middlefield and 2154 Elm Road NE in Howland locations were included in another wave of closings in January 2024.
