Cause of death revealed in fatal Poland explosion

The Mahoning County Coroner has revealed the cause of an explosion that killed a woman in Poland back in September.
According to her death certificate, 55-year-old Belinda Wile's cause of death was ruled to be smoke inhalation and the manner was ruled as suicide. Two dogs were also killed in this fire.
Wile was identified as the wife of New Middletown Street Department Supervisor John Melvin, who was facing charges of domestic violence stemming from an alleged incident involving her at the time.
Melvin's domestic violence charge has since been dropped after he passed a lie detector test.
