Sharon woman sentenced for conspiring to distribute cocaine with children present

SHARON, Pa. - A Sharon woman has learned her in federal court after she conspired to distribute cocaine back in 2021.
According to a press release, 36-year-old Kayla Fair was sentenced to 16 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release on a charge of conspiring to distribute cocaine.
The charge stems from an incident that occurred back in October of 2021 when Fair alongside her co-conspirator Zachariah Owens conspired to distribute cocaine from their Sharon apartment.
According to the release, several children were residing in the apartment at the time.
The Mercer County Drug Task Force, the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives all played a part in the investigation.
