They say they entered the home in search of Charles Dennison Jr., who is wanted for multiple parole violations.

A short time later, Dennison was scene in the Morris Avenue area. Officers responded and located him in the backyard of a home.

This lead to a foot chase, after Dennison allegedly refused to comply and resisted arrest. Charles fled across I-80 where he attempted to stop and gain access to multiple vehicles driving on the freeway.

Officers were able to take Dennison into custody after he made it to the other side of the freeway without further incident.

Dennison was transported to the Trumbull County Jail on his active warrants, and will receive new charges of failure to comply and resisting arrest.
