Stretch of Raccoon Road closing this week

South Raccoon Road will close between Mission Hills and Shields Road beginning Tuesday, March 26.

CANFIELD TWP., Ohio - The 9,000 drivers who travel a stretch of Raccoon Road in Canfield will have to take a detour for a few days.

South Raccoon Road will close between Mission Hills and Shields Road beginning Tuesday, March 26.

The roadway will remain closed until Friday, March 29, for a culvert replacement.

The posted detour is Shields Road, to Tippecanoe Road, to Lockwood Boulevard, to State Route 224 to S Raccoon Road.
