Sahire Walker of New Castle was sentenced Tuesday to 120 months in federal prison for crack cocaine trafficking and firearm crimes in Pittsburgh Federal Court.

Walker, age 45, was sentenced by US District Judge David Stewart Cercone to six years of supervised release after his prison sentence is completed.

Walker previously pled guilty to possession of cocaine base with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

Walker was arrested on June 4, 2020, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, and had five prior drug trafficking convictions over the preceding 15 years.

The New Castle Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Bureau
of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives conducted the investigation leading to the
arrest and conviction of Walker.
