Rite Aid has announced closing another location in the Valley as part of its bankruptcy.

According to a court document, the Rite Aid at the corner of Youngstown Road SE and Central Parkway is shutting down.

The Youngstown Road location is the seventh Rite Aid in the Valley to close since October when the pharmacy chain filed for bankruptcy and released a list of 154 store closings.

Valley Rite Aid stores being closed include Elm Road NE, Howland; Market and Indianola, Youngstown; Mahoning and Schenley Avenues, Youngstown; Bradshaw Avenue, East Liverpool; 60 South Water St., Sharon; Wilmington and West Clen Moore Road, New Castle.

The closing of the Rite Aid on Youngstown Road leaves residents with a Franklin Pharmacy less than a mile to the west, and a Walgreens located just over a mile to the east.
