WATCH: Youngstown emergency services respond to tanker truck accident on city's east side
Youngstown emergency services are responding to reports of a tanker truck accident that happened on the east side of Youngstown.
The tanker truck is reportedly leaking hydraulic fluid, according to the Youngstown Fire Department.
The incident happened around 2:40 p.m. on Albert and Oak street.
It appears that the tank the truck was carrying detached, pulling the hydraulic line from the truck and breaking it.
The tanker was filled with waste water and is not actively leaking.
Now, the fire department is working to contain the hydraulic fluid leak before it gets into the drainage system.
As the crew works on the accident, the road is closed to traffic.
A Hazmat team is expected to arrive on scene to help clean up.
No injuries were reported from the accident.
