Warren police seize THC gummies, child hospitalized, woman charged

WARREN, Ohio - Warren Police have charged a woman with child endangering after a child was hospitalized.
Emily Teed, 29, pleaded “not guilty” to the charge during a hearing on Wednesday in Warren Municipal court.
A police report filed late last month says the charge stems from an incident at Teed’s Stonegate apartment on Robert Avenue when officers were asked by a relative to make sure everyone living there was okay.
A juvenile was taken to St. Joseph Hospital and officers collected THC Delta 9 gummies as evidence.
Information about the age and gender of the juvenile has been blocked on the police report, which also doesn’t reveal the condition of the juvenile or what part, if any, the gummies played in the case.
Another court hearing for Teed is scheduled for May 30.
