Police have arrested a woman accused of slashing a woman’s neck with a box cutter at a Warren bar.

Officers who were called to the Park Place 24 Tavern on Parkman Road early Monday say they found a woman whose neck had been slashed. The report does not state the victim’s condition, but officers reported that she was “bleeding out” and was rushed to a hospital.

Officers say as Amari Williamson was driving away from the bar, they found the suspected weapon, a box cutter, under her car.

Williamson, 26 of Warren, was arrested on a charge of felonious assault. She pleaded “not guilty” during her arraignment and is due back in court later this month.
