GROVE CITY, Pa. - Police have charged a Grove City man they say raped a woman who was unconscious at the time.

State Police said in a report that they have video of 30-year-old Rory Donaldson sexually assaulting the 28-year-old alleged victim on December 9th in Pine Township.

The woman told police that the alleged assault occurred when she was on prescription medicine that made her unconscious.

Donaldson was arrested and arraigned last week before being booked into the county jail on a $100,000 bond.

Charges include rape of an unconscious person, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, sexual assault, and aggravated indecent assault on an unconscious person.

Another court hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
