A man has been arrested for allegedly threatening a U.S.P.S postal worker with a gun. 

According to a police report,  postal worker called police after a man in a black Dodge Durango pulled up next to them on Schenley Avenue in Youngstown and brandished a firearm at them. 

The postal worker later identified the man as 34-year-old Terry Luckey. 

According to the report, Luckey drove up next to the postal worker and said "you know they are killing mail men around here" and then pulled out his firearm before driving away. 

The reports states that officers later saw Luckey driving down Schenley and turning onto Oakwood Avenue, where he accelerated to nearly 80 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone. Officers followed Luckey to 680 near the Madison Avenue Expressway on ramp where he was pulled over. 

After searching Luckey's car, officers found two black pistol magazines containing live 9mm ammunition. Officers then searched the on ramp, where they found a loaded black Taurus 9mm gun in the grass near another magazine. 

They also found active warrants for Luckey in Campbell and Warren. 

Luckey was arrested and charged with aggravated menacing, tampering with evidence, having weapons while under disability, and driving under suspension, among other charges.
