More than a dozen evidence markers found at fatal New Castle shooting scene
Dispatchers told 21 News that police are on scene at a home on E. Washington Street.

NEW CASTLE, Pa. - New Castle Police are investigating a fatal shooting Tuesday evening.
The shooting happened around 4:17 p.m. at a home in the 1400 block of E. Washington Street.
Officers found a man dead on the back porch with a gunshot wound to his chest.
Police believe the victim and at least one other person shot at each other near an alleyway.
More than a dozen evidence markers were placed near shell casings.
Detectives are interviewing witnesses to the shooting.
The New Castle Police Department said more information will be released when it becomes available.
