YOUNGSTOWN POLICE: Man shot in hip over Facebook feud

Police in Youngstown are investigating after one person was shot in the hip late Monday morning.
According to a police report, police responded to a call from Dewey Avenue at 11:30 a.m. Monday in reference to a shooting.
Police spoke with the victim who was pointing at silver shell casings in the street telling officers officers he was shot. Police say there were 10 spent casings in the street.
According to the report, the victim was grazed by a bullet in the left hip Police say he refused medical treatment at the scene and refused to be transported to the hospital.
Police are not revealing the name of the suspect or his connection to the victim at this time, but say the shooting stemmed from a Facebook feud.
The victim told police the suspect came to his home and the two started verbally arguing before the suspect pulled out the gun and shot at him. The victim believed the suspect to have fled towards Hudson and Indianola Avenue.
Police searched the area but could not locate a suspect. No arrests have been made at this time.
