A Youngstown man who had previously been indicted on child pornography charges will not be spending any time in jail.

Instead, 23-year-old Nathan Lee was sentenced to five years of probation and 60 hours of community service after pleading guilty one fifth degree felony count of pandering obscenity involving a minor.

He is also not allowed internet access for three years.

The charge stems from Lee being in possession of material containing a minor engaged in sexual activity back in October of 2022. Lee was eventually arrested in December of 2023

Lee was originally indicted on one fourth degree pandering charge, but this was amended following a plea deal.
