WARREN, Ohio - A 28-year-old Warren man is jailed on a $250,000 bond for allegedly providing drugs that caused the overdose death of a 34-year-old Youngstown woman.

Tommy Lee Couch pleaded “not guilty” on Thursday to charges outlined in a secret indictment handed up by the Trumbull County Grand Jury.

Couch, or Roberts Avenue NW, is charged with involuntary manslaughter, corrupting another with drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs, and trafficking in heroin and fentanyl-related products.

According to the county prosecutor, the case involved a fatal drug overdose in November 2023.

If Couch makes bond, he’ll be placed on electronically monitored house arrest.

Another hearing is set for May 29.
