Case dismissed against Sharon man accused of molesting 11-year-old girl

The case of a Sharon man accused of molesting an 11-year-old girl has been dismissed on Friday.
According to court records, the case of 44-year-old Aaron Davis has been dismissed following a hearing Friday morning.
Mercer County District Attorney Peter Acker would not go into detail about why the case was dismissed only saying it had to do with a "problem with the victim."
Davis had been charged with aggravated indecent assault of a child after being accused of inappropriately touching a girl when she was 11 years old.
Davis denied those allegations and had agreed to undergo a polygraph test, although the results of that test have not been revealed.
