NBC NEWS: John Fetterman, wife involved in car accident Sunday

Pennsylvania - NBC News reports that Pennsylvania-based U.S. Senator John Fetterman and his wife Gisele were involved in a car accident on Sunday.
According to NBC News, the senator and his wife were involved in a car crash on I-70 in Maryland Sunday morning.
NBC News quoted a statement from a spokesperson for Fetterman stating that both were evaluated at a hospital as a precaution. The senator was treated for a bruised shoulder and released Sunday afternoon.
The statement goes on to say Fetterman and his wife are back home in Braddock and are doing well.'
NBC News reports Senator Fetterman still plans to be in Washington, D.C. for votes this week.
