Father’s Day is celebrated in the United States every year to honor and appreciate fathers and father figures for their love and influence in their children’s lives, as well as their contributions to society.

The celebration, which falls on June 16 this year, acknowledges the role fathers play in raising and nurturing their children, providing support, guidance, and serving as role models.

The occasion is also a good day for businesses to bring in customers with slashed prices and special discounts, whether it’s for that perfect gift or that special meal.

Arby's: The 5 for $5 Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches offer is back June 10 to 16. Arby’s Rewards members can redeem the offer when they order through the Arby’s App or Arbys.com.

BJ’s Brewhouse: All day Sunday, get a $33.95 Prime Rib special. Includes two sides and a Pizookie dessert. This special also runs Friday and Saturday after 4 p.m., if you’re taking Dad out early.

Blue Wolf Tavern: The Tavern will feature a special Father's Day menu, as well as a "Hops for Pops" deal in which all dads will receive a free domestic draft beer on Sunday with the purchase of an entree.

Coaches Burger Bar: Kids eat free all day every Sunday. Receive 1 free kids meal with every regular entree purchase.

Denny’s: The diner will offer free delivery on all orders placed through dennys.com from June 14 through June 16.

Eat'n Park: The restaurant will be giving out FREE Smiley Cookies for dads on Father's Day this Sunday, June 16, for dine-in or takeout.

IHOP: For a limited time, kids 12 and under can eat free every day from 4-10 p.m. with the purchase of an adult entrée.

Krispy Kreme: Through June 16, get a 10-count cup of Doughnut Dots for $1 when you purchase any dozen at regular price. Plus, get $0 delivery from June 14 to 16 with a $5 minimum purchase at participating shops.

Olive Garden: If you celebrate Father’s Day at Olive Garden, you can purchase an extra take-home entrée for only $6. You can choose from Fettuccine Alfredo, Five Cheese Ziti al Forno or Spaghetti with Meat Sauce.

Primanti Bros: Get a free classic sandwich for dad this Father's Day when you spend at least $10 in restaurant or $15 online. Just ask your server for the deal, or use code DADBOD online.

Red Lobster: Starting June 16 through Father’s Day, Red Lobster is giving all dine-in guests a 10% off coupon that can be used from June 19 through August 3rd. And through July 2, spend $50 on Red Lobster gift cards and get two $10-off coupons eligible towards orders of $40 or more.

Wendy’s: From June 14 to 16, 2024, the fast food chain will be serving up a buy-one-get-one free Baconator sandwich deal. You can choose from a Breakfast Baconator, Baconator or Son of a Baconator.
