The event will begin at 2 p.m. and go until 6 p.m. at the VFW York Drexler Post in Washingtonville.

It's $12 Adults interested in coming to honor the teacher and for children its $6. Those under the age of five will be allowed to join for free.

Those in attendance will get a Ham dinner with parsley potatoes, green beans with bacon and onion, rolls, butter, and dessert. Drinks will also be provided.

Long was a math, STEM and industry teacher and coach at Leetonia High School since 2015.

She was found dead outside of her Carey Road home in Butler Township last November.

Her ex-husband 50-year-old William Long Jr. is accused of killing her and will go on trial in November.
