As the remaining remnants of Hurricane Beryl made its way across Northeast Ohio Wednesday, along with it came rain and gusts of wind.

A tree blocked one lane of 3300 block of Hudson Avenue in Youngstown for some time.

Youngstown's Building and Grounds Commissioner Kevin Flinn said the road reopened around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
