VIDEO: New Castle man charged with two shooting deaths

A New Castle man is jailed without bond after police say he fatally shot two people.
New Castle Police arrested 35-year-old Corbin Partin at his Beckford Street home on Saturday following the shooting deaths of 72-year-old Albert Rotz and 66-year-old Rebecca Frank.
Police say the two were shot at their Arlington Avenue home earlier that day.
According to New Castle Police Chief David Cumo, Rotz and Frank were romantic partners and Partin was Rotz's nephew.
Police say a witness who was next door at a pool party saw Rotz open the back door and stick his head out moments before Partin arrived. Once Partin arrived he went inside the residence.
Shortly after his arrival, neighbors reported hearing people argue inside the residence, then allegedly heard gunshots before seeing a vehicle drive away.
Rotz was dead inside the house. Frank was found wounded on the porch of the home and died later.
A neighbor told police that before she died, Frank told her that they had been shot by Corbin.
Under questioning, Partin denied being inside the victim’s home. In a police report, Partin stated that he "had possibly driven by the residence, but was not there at anytime on this date."
Police say they have evidence showing that a gun owned by Partin appears to be missing.
Partin was arraigned early Sunday on two counts of criminal homicide and faces another court hearing on July 23.
