YOUNGSTOWN - People planning a trip to Downtown Youngstown this week should expect to see a lot of construction activity along part of West Federal Street for the next three days.

The Public Works Department says a paving project between Phelps and Market Streets will take place Monday through Wednesday.

That could mean intermittent closures of side streets where heavy equipment will be standing by.

There also will be temporary parking restrictions along West Federal Street between Phelps and Hazel Streets.

Officials say people will be able to walk to businesses in the construction zone.
