East Palestine native part of USA Women's Rugby team that wins bronze medal

The USA Women's Rugby team won the bronze medal at the Paris Games and East Palestine graduate Liz Strohecker was there to see it.
The 2003 Bulldog alumnus is the "team leader" of the women's rugby team. She's in charge of travel and various other behind the scene aspects with the organization.
Strohecker has been part of USA Rugby since 2018 and its the first time the women's team has medaled in the Olympic Games since it became an official sport in 2016.
