Howland grad Tanner Scott traded at deadline to Padres
Scott was an all start for the Marlins this season

Howland graduate Tanner Scott is heading to the west coast.
In a late trade deadline deal, Scott and Bryan Hoeing head to San Diego for four prospects.
The 30 year old Scott is set to become a free agent at the end of the year. In 44 appearances he posted a 1.18 ERA.
Scott goes from a last place Marlins team (39-67) to the second place Padres (57-51) and 6.5 games behind the Dodgers.
