Investigators will be looking for the cause of a mobile home blaze that brought out fire departments from Trumbull, Ashtabula, and Geauga Counties early Wednesday.

A neighbor reported hearing explosions and seeing flames coming from the trailer on the 8600 block of Fortney Road in Ashtabula County just after 5 a.m.

Windsor Township firefighters found flames had spread through the entire trailer and called for help from fire departments in Mesopotamia in Trumbull County and Middlefield in Geauga County.

The trailer was destroyed and a nearby shed was heavily damaged.

Since the trailer was abandoned, firefighters believe the cause of the fire to be suspicious.  Officials could not confirm that there were any explosions before they arrived.

No one was injured.
